Elmar has acquired almost 30 years of both private and public finance, accounting and audit experience in the biotech and medical device industry. In 2003 he founded Ante Treuhand ag, a Swiss fiduciary company supporting companies primarily in healthcare and technology and has since served as its CEO.

Elmar became qualified as a Swiss certified public accountant in 1997. He speaks fluent German, French and English.
