Clara has over 10 years of experience as Financial Analyst, Legal Advisor and International Auditor. Passionate about global business environments, she has lived, worked, and travelled in various countries around the world. Her profile combines financial expertise with legal and multilingual skills (fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish), with a focus on sustainable management, compliance, corporate tax law, business strategy, emerging markets, financial operations, and cross-cultural management.

Prior to joining Vi Partners, she worked as an International Auditor for Nestlé, travelling 9 months a year to worldwide locations of the group to perform internal operational audits. Concurrently, Clara advised and contributed to several start-up ventures.

Before her role with Nestlé, Clara worked in the Swiss banking industry for Pictet, a leading Swiss Private bank, where she performed the FATCA and CRS audit for all entity accounts, and for UBS AG, as a banking apprentice. In between, she worked as a Legal Advisor for Swiss and British law firms, and worked as an Investment Analyst for a Swiss Sustainable Finance company. 

Clara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva, a Bachelor of International Business Administration from the Geneva School of Business Administration and a Master of Global Management – China Europe Business Studies from ESSCA Business School and Antwerp Management School. During her academic path, she has lived in China twice and regularly travels back to maintain her basic Mandarin, whilst nurturing her interest for the Far East. She is also a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance, a Certified Banking Taxation Advisor and a Certified BLeader, qualified to accompany corporations in their B Corporation certification process. Clara is fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, English, as well as conversant in German, Catalan, and Chinese.
